Which bus operators can I book here?
We partner with Zimbabwe’s most reliable fleets including Eagle Liner Coaches, City Link, Swiss Express, and Intercity Xpress / Imperial Lane. We also facilitate bookings for major carriers like Zebra Kiss, CAG, and Trip Trans.
How do I pay if I don’t have a Bank Card?
National Tickets is designed for local convenience. At checkout, simply select EcoCash, InnBucks, O’mari, OneMoney, or ZIPIT. You can also pay via Visa or Mastercard if you prefer.
Is there a physical office where I can collect my ticket?
We are digital-first! Your ticket is sent directly to your WhatsApp and Email. However, for in-person service, you can visit us at 41B Old Enterprise Road, Newlands Shops, Harare or any of our BancABC partner kiosks.
How far in advance can I book a bus ticket?
Most operators allow bookings up to 30 days in advance. We recommend booking at least 3-5 days before travel, especially for peak periods like holidays or MSU/UZ graduation weekends.
Can I book a ticket for someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the traveler’s correct name and ID number during the booking process. The e-ticket can be forwarded directly to their WhatsApp.
Do children pay full fare?
This depends on the bus operator. Generally:
  • Infants (on lap): Usually free.
  • Ages 3-11: Some operators offer a discounted child rate, while luxury coaches like City Link may require a full fare to guarantee a seat.
I made a mistake in the passenger name. What do I do?
Small typos are usually acceptable, but for cross-border travel, the name must match the Passport. Contact us via WhatsApp at +263 783 911 611 immediately for corrections.
What should I do if I don’t receive my ticket after payment?
First, check your Email Spam folder. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes, please contact our 24/7 hotline with your mobile number or transaction ID.
What are the luggage rules for “Cross-border Runners”?
Standard personal luggage (up to 25kg) is free. If you are transporting commercial goods (runners) from Joburg, operators at Roadport or Park Station will charge a fee based on volume/weight at the bus.
What happens if the bus is delayed at Beitbridge?
Border delays are common. Our partner operators (like Eagle Liner) are professional and will wait for all passengers currently undergoing clearance within the terminal area.
Where do the buses depart from in Harare?
Departure points vary by operator:
  • Eagle Liner/Intercity: Usually Roadport or specialized terminals.
  • City Link: Various pick-up points including Rainbow Towers.
  • Local Fleets: Mbare Musika or Showgrounds.
Your e-ticket will specify the exact boarding location.
Is there a bus from Bulawayo to Johannesburg?
Yes, we offer daily services on this route through multiple partners. You can compare times and prices directly on our search page.
Are refreshments provided on the bus?
Luxury coaches like City Link and Swiss Express often provide water and snacks. For standard regional buses, we recommend bringing your own supplies for the journey.
Can I travel with a pet?
Generally, pets are not allowed on passenger buses for health and safety reasons. Please contact the specific operator’s head office for exceptional cases.
Which airlines can I book through National Tickets Global?
As an Accredited IATA Agent, we offer domestic and international flights with Fastjet, Air Zimbabwe, Ethiopian Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Airlink, and FlySafair.
Can I pay for flights with EcoCash or InnBucks?
Yes! Unlike many international booking sites, we allow you to pay for your flights using local mobile money (EcoCash, InnBucks, O’mari) or ZIPIT.
Do you offer flights from Harare to Victoria Falls?
Yes, we provide daily flight options for the HRE-VFA route. If a bus is not available for your specific date or timeframe, the flight search will provide the best alternative.
How do I receive my flight e-ticket?
Once confirmed, your official IATA e-ticket and itinerary will be sent to your Email and WhatsApp. You can use this for online check-in or at the airport counter.
Can you assist with airport transfers?
Yes, as part of our holiday packages, we can arrange airport transfers and car rentals to ensure a seamless “Anytime, Everywhere” experience.
